Interior Plains

The Interior Plains are located between the Western Cordillera and the Canadian Shield. It is covered in various types of grasses which makes it good for farming and go for finding wildlife and a good habitate for wildlife.

Occupations vary in this landform, alot of interesting jobs are avalible such as farming, foresty, mining, oil industry and gas industry, these are good paying jobs for this landform.

Climate is up and down, summers are hot and winters are cold. The summers are from 10 degrees celsius to 30 degrees celsius, The winters are from negative 10 degrees celsius to negative 30 degrees celsius

Many Sports and Recreations are available in this landforms with a climate like the one it has, such as; Cross country skiing, skating, swimming, hiking, fishing, jogging, hunting, hockey and soccer. These are popular because there are cold winters and warm summers.

The People that live in the Interior Plains area differ. Many people live in small communities and large cities. Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg are the 3 largest cities. 3 of the largest Cultural groups are the Natives, The Metis and The French

    1. Honestly this shouldn't be a comment. we should be giving them support and constructive criticism. Really I understand how hard it is to start a blog and get people to read it. To have at least 5 different people read and comment on their blog is amazing. Maybe they are already successful, i don't know. But when they see that someone has commented on their blog, they should be filled with joy. Not sadness because someone disliked their post. If you didn't like it, then say "Hey, maybe next time try this...." NOT "this sucks." C'mon guys. this is stupid and childish. Grow up please.

  7. I loved it. I think you should have put just a little bit more on landforms. Like what types of landforms are in the Interior Plains. But is was very good, loved it!
